Age Limit: Candidates’ age should less than 50 years as on January 01, 2012
Age relaxation as per govt.rules.

Required Qualification :  Only candidates can apply for this posts , who are completed  five/five and half years Degree in Ayurveda from recoginsed University. Knowledge of Bengali (Spoken and Written) is must.

Mode of Apply: Candidates may apply through prescribed format which can be downloaded from the notification. Fill the form with all mandatory details, attach photograph and attest signature on the form. Super scribe ‘Application for the post of Senior Ayurvedic Medical Officer’ on the envelope. The application must be sent along with self attested copies of all relevant certificate through Registered post or Speed post to on or before 07-09-2012.
